Hi, I’m Amanda—the heart behind Root & Light Studio.
I’ve always been drawn to the quiet, meaningful moments—the ones that aren’t perfectly posed, but felt. The way light falls through a space, the in-between glances, the details that often go unnoticed but hold so much story.
My approach to photography is simple: create a calm, natural environment where you can just be yourself. Whether I’m photographing a family, a child, or a small business, I focus on capturing what’s real—connection, emotion, and the feeling behind it all.
